Sažetak
The paper discusses features and effects of the settlement agreements reached by means of mediation which may differ in different countries. These differences complicate the situation for the parties when they need to rely on these settlements abroad. Such situation poses particular problems of access to justice as one of the important building blocks of the SDG 16.
