Sažetak
Green management is a conceptually complex management approach that strives to achieve financial goals (profit) without negatively impacting the environment (the planet) and society (people). Early research on green management can be traced back to 1992. However, the more substantial rise of academic research on the management perspective of green organizational practices did not emerge until 2010. As the literature in this research area becomes increasingly interdisciplinary and divergent, a systematic literature review that captures the major trends in green management would be beneficial. The main objective of this review is to analyze the major knowledge areas of green management research, their intellectual base, patterns of collaboration, and the likely evolution of the research field. The dataset for the scientometric analysis includes articles published in the Web of Science Core Collection database with "green management" as a topic of interest. The dataset consisted of 418 records submitted to the CiteSpace software scientometric tools, such as collaboration, co-occurrence, and co-citation analyzes. The results provide valuable information on the most influential authors, institutions, countries, thematic specialties, and emerging hotspots of green management research. Green creativity, product and product innovation, and green creative strategies, emerge at the research front. The manuscript contributes to the development of future studies by concisely summarizing and visualizing the evolution of the research field. In addition, this study may be useful to policy makers or practitioners seeking insight into the determinants or impacts of green business initiatives on environmental and organizational performance.
