Sažetak
Streptomyces species of bacteria have a rich ADP- ribosylation metabolism involved in regulating morphological differentiation and antibiotic production. More than 15 ADP-(de)ribosylating enzymes have been found in Streptomyces coelicolor. Here, we demonstrate the activity and substrate specificity of SCO5461 and SCO3953 transferases, and SCO6450 hydrolase.
