Sažetak
Biscarbinol, 1, 1'-Fn[CH(CH_3)OH)]_2 (1), and the corresponding bis(carbinyl acetate) 2 were prepared according to the described procedures. Amination of bisacetate 2 with Me_2NH and subsequent quaternization of the intermediate amine 3 gave iodide 4. By the action of alkoxides derived from methyl glycolate and methyl lactate on acetate 2 or salt 4, unsaturated ether 5 (8 - 22%), unsaturated esters 6a (6b) (2 - 18%) and ester-ethers 7a (7b) (6 - 15%) were obtained. Structure of heteroannularly substituted nonsymmetric ferrocene derivatives 5-7 was undoubtedly confirmed on the basis of elemental and spectroscopic analysis, and the reaction mechanisms of their formation were proposed.
