Sažetak
Employee satisfaction is often associated with the quality of communication in the work environment, and ultimately with the impact, it has on motivation and commitment to work tasks and the business organization. Correspondingly, the occurrence of stress in the workplace is associated with extremely poor interpersonal relationships. This scientific paper starts from the assumption that the quality of communication is affected by the form or channel of communication, i.e. choosing the wrong channel can lead to an increase in stress levels.
