Sažetak
Organic acids present in fruit juices were analysed using RP-HPLC method. Optimal chromatographic conditions for the separation of citric, malic, ascorbic, tartaric, acetic, lactic, oxalic and succinic acids were determined and the method was validated. The organic acid profiles of commercial fruit juices were obtained. RP-HPLC method used in this study was found to fulfil all analytical criteria (precision, accuracy, and linearity) for routine analysis of organic acids in fruit juices.
