Sažetak
The article elaborates on the Croatian experience in improving the institutional responsiveness in conducting online public consultations on draft laws, other regulations and acts. It claims that the increased quality of government responsiveness directly affects the willingness of citizens and other stakeholders to participate in government-led online policy consultations.
