Sažetak
The main problem of contemporary policy of the economic development is equilibrium between industrial growth, particularly energy consumption groth and imperative environmental protection. Moreover, the sustainable development strategy has to havee conservation, not only natural resources exploitation, as its main objective. It provides the best framework for understanding how social, economic and environment factors combine in their net influence on the future of our planet. In the paper basic principles of natural resources management strategy is analyzed as one of ground aspects of the future energy police for Croatia.
