Description of the 2010/31/EU legislation and the concept of nZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) that it describes, with analysis on the declinations that this model has had in the different European countries, and then split on the current status of Sustainable Building in Croatia. Examination of the most efficient energy-saving building models, with particular reference to the world of passive houses, its genesis and evolution, as well as the tools and criteria that characterize it.
