Sažetak
Replacing thermal fluid heating system, which uses a special oil transferring heat from hot oil boiler to air preheater, and using direct gas heaters results in fuel savings. The calculated fuel savings applying direct heating system were calculated as of 26.12% with recirculative over the real process, 30.9% with recuperative and 41.42% with combined process. When comparing heating methods, fuel savings become 18.92% for basic process, 19% for recirculative, 18.95% for recuperative and 19.11% for combined process when using direct gas heating system.
