The life premise, according to which waiting is a waste of time since life is too brief, led directly to this presentation. Unfortunately, waiting is unavoidable. In the business world, waiting times must be managed and predicted to the greatest extent possible. This lecture covers the mathematical foundations of queueing theory, which is used to resolve planning issues in the construction sector.
