Sažetak
Slovenian Corporate Risk Monitor 2022 contributes to the emerging literature on risk management in Slovenian enterprises. The book overviews relevant scientific findings in the field globally. Along with them, it presents the results of this year’s Slovenian risk management study. The survey was conducted among non – financial medium – sized and large enterprises in the first half of 2022. The survey comprised 175 Slovenian enterprises from all twelve statistical regions. The survey first explores the organisation of the risk management process. The following section analyses individual measures, instruments, and tools used in Slovenian risk management practice. Then it addresses the assessment of the exposure to individual risk types, including the ranking. It also gives an estimation over the next two years. It further explores the impact of macroeconomic risk factors on risk management in the past year and over the next two years. A special focus of the study is given to the risk management of Environmental, Social, and Governance risks. The results are explored according to several dimensions, such as the regional or industrial distribution where relevant. To gain an overview of the changes in time, this year’s results, where possible, are compared to last year’s results. Individual findings are also benchmarked to various international risk surveys, but methodological differences are considered here. The book also presents the Croatian risk monitor, and these results are compared to those obtained in Slovenia.
