Sažetak
Complex problems connected with 'constitutionalism under extreme conditions' constitute permanent topic of interest for scholars of comparative constitutional law. Constitutionalism in extreme conditions functions in different ways.In this work authors shed light on regulation of the states of emergency in the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia, states of emergency in practice, including Covid 19 pandemic as an economic crisis and experiences of Covid 19 in Croatia from the aspect of Constitutional Law.
