Sažetak
Novel guanidine azides protected by the tert-butyloxycarbonyl (Boc) groups were prepared and subjected to cycloaddition reactions in order to establish their reactivity and synthetic suitability as guanidine cycloaddition ‘delivery’ reagents. Thermal reactions without catalysts and copper catalyzed 1, 3-dipolar cycloadditions (CuAAC) were applied in conjuction with various dipolarophiles and alkynes. Sharpless ‘click’ reaction has been shown as synthetically very suitable and applied reactions conditions are compatible with Boc-guanidine functional group, providing corresponding 1, 4-disubstituted [1, 2, 3]-triazole linked products.
