Sažetak
The aim of this paper is to find out, by use of the method of employee survey in the Republic of Croatia in private and state-owned companies, whether employees are satisfied with the current way of communication in the company where they are employed and how to resolve misunderstandings in the communication process. Most employees are satisfied with the current communication, they are of the opinion that the COVID-19 pandemic did not negatively affect the communication process, and employees resolve misunderstandings in the communication process with the person with whom the misunderstanding arose.
