Sažetak
Synthesis of N, N'-Di-Boc-2H-isoindole-2-carboxamidine, the first representative of isoindoles containing guanidine was carried out. The cycloaddition reactivity of this new Diels-Alder diene was studied and the title compund used as cycloaddition delivery reagent for guanidine functionality.The experimental studies were supplemented by quantum chemical studies (DFT) of its cycloaddition reactivity.
