Sažetak
During the Croatian emergency management systems response after the 2020 Petrinja earthquake, engineers were a significant part. This event can serve as a case study for the contribution of engineers to the emergency management system response phase, highlighting importance of their role in the response, but also of the general situational use of the volunteers in the emergency management system.
