Sažetak
The development of artificial intelligence becomes the strategic investment area of the world's leading corporations, but also the government of the most powerful countries - the USA, Russia and China, and thus the open space for competing these forces. Technological revolution is clearly inevitable and unstoppable, today robots and intelligent systems find it's application in a number of areas – starting from communication, commerce, education, healthcare, medical diagnostics all the way up to war. Technological development destroys more jobs than it produces, it is estimated that around 50% of existing jobs in the EU and the US are threatened by the new technologies. Due to technological changes and innovations, especially the development of artificial intelligence, people are increasingly losing economic importance, they are actually becoming "redundant". If scientific discovery and technological development divide humanity into the mass of useless people and the small elite of "superhumans", the question of protection of human rights and freedoms, as well as the postulates of "business ethics" of such society, will be raised. Will elites and governments take care of people if they do not have economic benefits? Elon Reeve Musk believes that the unstoppable development of artificial intelligence is "the greatest existential crisis we are about to face", so it is necessary to ensure that digital intelligence works in symbiosis with mankind.
