Sažetak
The pandemic crisis has left severe consequences on the cultural and creative sectors worldwide, to which numerous studies and reports attest (Jeanotte, 2021. ; Vidović et al., 2021 ; OECD, 2020 ; Pasikowska-Schnass, 2020 ; UCLG, 2020 ; UNESCO, 2020 ; IDEA Consult, 2021), highlighting transnational and cross-border mobility in culture as of the most impacted field. This paper focuses on mobility in culture as an important part of the professional development process of artists and cultural professionals that currently in (post)pandemic time seeks modalities to overcome traditional (accessibility, inequality, exclusivity) and new (closed borders, safety and health issues, and most recently international conflicts) impediments of mobility. At the same time, the discussions on mobility confront environmental responsiveness and responsibility. In those lines, the paper aims to explore the pandemic-induced transformations in mobility through the interdisciplinary theoretical framework and multitier methodological approach that involves quantitative and qualitative methods of inquiry with the key groups of actors in mobility (host organisations, artists and cultural professionals and funders) and interpretive policy analysis.
