Sažetak
An analysis into the tasks and results of the development function in relation to the female labour force resource and its active approach to development has been made in the paper. The analysis has shown the role of interaction between the market and the management component of development. Also the advantages and limitations of the specific types of the state interventionism in the possibilities of activating the female labour resource, have been pointed out.
