Sažetak
The blog post describes and comments on the latest amendments to the Croatian Enforcement Act (EA – Ovršni zakon, NN 112/12, 25/13, 93/14, 55/16, 73/17, 131/20) from 2020, which brought several novelties in the Croatian enforcement procedure. It particularly focuses on the novelties in the enforcement on the basis of 'trustworthy document'.
