Sažetak
The blog post presents the observations on the application of the European order for payment in the practice of Croatian Commercial Court. These findings were presented at the ‘Train to Enforce – Train2 EN4CE’ project (no. 854038-JUST-AG- 2018/JUST-JTRA-EJTR-AG-2018) seminar, by Ms. Slavica Garac and Ms. Ivana Manestar, judges of the Commercial Court in Zagreb.
