Sažetak
Life satisfaction as a part of a broader concept of the Quality-of-Life is the reflection of satisfaction achieved in particular domains of life among which job plays a highly significant role. The job characteristics have a direct impact on the level of the satisfaction achieved, which is in correlation with the overall life satisfaction. The assumption about the mutual correlation of job satisfaction and life satisfaction has been tested in a pilot-research on the sample of the employed in the Republic of Croatia, and the measures of raising the level of satisfaction of the employed are defined on the basis of the results.
