Sažetak
This paper copes with modern ship organization from the aspect of team work. Some research of ship's accidents show that the main cause of accidents origin from improper ship organization which directly influences human error. From this aspect prevailing measures to minimize human error are included in developed and mature team work. Organizational prerogatives for developing team work are also in the focus of this paper. For this purpose paper deals with the phase of team work development which represents the guide to establish successful team work on board ship.
