Sažetak
This is a case report of an patient with the anatomical variant of dolichosigma that resulted in the clinical picture of subileus. The patient had more pronounced and long-term symptoms. We conclude that in case of intestinal pseudo- obstructions, symptom progression should be recognized on time and elective surgical treatment considered.
