The Education and Teacher Training Agency is an institution whose primary task is to train teachers and deal with their professional development. The role of the teacher in education is extremely important, regardless of the changes currently underway. To be able to overcome the challenges they face ; teachers need support and continuous professional training. The aspects of training range from their main scientific areas, methodology and didactics, to educational psychology, IT, advisory services, management, educational policies and other areas crucial for education. Teacher training is where one seeks answers ; thus, it should be provided to all teachers.
