Sažetak
This book is a printed edition of the Special Issue Ship Structures that was published in Journal of Marine Science and Engineering. It contains fifteen recent, peer reviewed research studies in the field of ship structural design, analysis, and degradation. Two studies deal with corrosion degradation in ship structures, while the remaining contributions belong to three major steps in the efficient design and analysis of ship structures, i.e., modelling of the environment and environmental loads, analysis of a ship structural response, and the definition of criteria for different failure modes of ship structures.
