Sažetak
The paper present the methodology for selecting the most suitable (optimal) solution out of several possible alternatives for the development of reinforcement works. The selection was performed according to several different technical and nontechnical criteria employing the Electre method. It also presents the procedure for establishing alternative solutions using system analysis.
