Sažetak
This study attempts to contribute to this growing concern with media products in terms of creation and preservation of memory for individuals and groups in the contemporary societies, especially in the region of former Yugoslavia. The “nexus of memory” in this study is the tourist complex Haludovo. This study looks at the history and pop-cultural mythology of Haludovo in socialist Croatia, and its subsequent fate in the post-socialist period.
