Sažetak
The connection between the COVID-19 pandemic and work-life balance is currently a burning issue in academic research and has important practical implications for organizations and HR departments. Hence, the idea behind this paper is to contribute to the current understanding of the work-life balance in the times of the COVID-19 pandemic, synthesize up-to-date findings, provide theoretical perspectives, and provide future agenda for research and recommendations for practitioners.
