Sažetak
This Technical Brochure 836 (CIGRE WG C4.45) presents 6 transient measuring techniques in their working principles, key technical features as well as advantages and disadvantages. A series of performance requirements as well as their testing methods for the transient measuring system are specified. A series of field measurement cases on switching transient voltage, lightning transient voltage and VFFO from seven countries are introduced in detail.
