Sažetak
Severe and critical COVID-19 patients experience high frequency of bacteremia. Bacteremia might be more frequent in remdesivir treated patients. Gram positive bacteria, especially Enterococcus faecalis are of special concern. Occurrence of bacteremia moderates association of remdesivir use with survival.
