Sažetak
Remdesivir is the only approved antiviral drug for the treatment of the disease COVID-19. Possible cardiovascular side effects of the drug have been recorded in postmarketing. A pilot study described the effect of remdesivir on the shift of the electrocardiographic axis of the T wave.
