Sažetak
Companies' performance is commonly measured by objective financial indicators. More recent research shows that modern interpretation of entrepreneurial performance is seen not only through objective indicators but also through subjective ones. The aim of this work is to increase understanding of success by the Croatian high-tech start-up founders, so entrepreneurs’ can be educated to pursue positive practices.
