Sažetak
Based on the established theoretical model of the system, research in the field of leadership was conducted. The research was related to defining perspectives and criteria of leadership. The leadership perspectives used were defined as follows: leader education, leadership knowledge and skills, emotional intelligence of leaders, type of leader, and creativity of leaders. Leadership criteria are defined as follows: previous education of leaders, future education of leaders, lifelong learning, previous knowledge and skills of leaders, future knowledge and skills of leaders, level of digitization of knowledge and skills of leaders, leader who expresses feelings, leader manages feelings, leader who controls stress, a leader who wants something different, a leader who thinks differently, a leader who behaves differently, a leader who accepts ideas, a leader who rejects ideas and a leader who adapts ideas. The opinion of ten experts was that the priority of the importance of the five evaluation perspectives was: Type of leader > Knowledge and skills of leaders > Emotional intelligence of leaders > Education of leaders > Creativity of leaders. Perspectives: Leader education > Leader knowledge and skills > Leader type are classified into a group of causes that affect the leader, and perspectives: Leader’s emotional intelligence > leader creativity are categorized into a group of effects that affect the leader. The DEMATEL method is acceptable because it can analyze all set perspectives and criteria.
