Sažetak
The lecture covers how selected P-type ATPases, namely Na+, K+-ATPase (NKA) and plasma membrane Ca2+-ATPase (PMCA) are affected by specific ganglioside environment of the membrane. The activity, protein expression and submembrane localization are examined in the brains of St8sia1 null mice compared to wild type mice.
