Sažetak
The modelling methods have been improved by development of applied mathematics, mathematical statistics, operational researches, experimental, simulation and information-computational methods. Today, there are more different modelling and optimization methods. The use of the existing methods depends on: modelling objects and required degree of model accuracy, type of process, available equipment, necessity of optimization and building of controlling systems. The usefulness of modelling, simulation and optimization can be analyzed and observed in terms of: increasing of machining process productivity, efficiency of machining system, increasing product quality, reduction of machining time and manufacturing expenses. The scheme of the stochastic algorithm and modelling examples are presented in paper.
