Sažetak
Industrial production is realized with a continuous and intensive changes that is consisted in the adaptation of new production-technological circumstance and the market request. Production reengineering is the procedure of the continuous and radical redesigning and/or redefining of production with the aim of achieving a competitive advantage. A special step at quoted direction is supposed to do by the company of the transition country that has kept a inflexible production and organizational structure as well as the business rules of the non market i.e., planned economy. In the paper are spoken about production reengineering and verification of reengineering results.
