Sažetak
In this paper is given the results of plastic flow metal modelling for three forming processes (cold rolling, roll drawing and matrix drawing) and original method to obtain the mathematical model. Also, it gives a hypothesis for solution of metal plastic flow problems in cold rolling and drawing process of narrow strip presenting with two new plastic flow indicators i.e. geometrical Kbg and factorical Kbf one. The basic condition is that these two indicators are identical (Kbg = Kbf) and that enables an original plastic flow equation to be defined. By use of experimental obtained results and computer application this hypothesis has been verified as well as the mathematical model of plastic flow. The obtained results indicate that the plastic flow of metals is a great extent depend on the state of stress in the deformation zone.
