Sažetak
We are leaving our personal data almost everywhere. Therefore, we are very fragile and most of us are not aware of that. Our privacy rights could be very easily exploited, violated and misused or even abused to commit criminal offences. She concluded that yet again the GDPR global impact could have the opposite effect, so people just made fun of it or did not read all the privacy policies (updates) they had been bombarded by or just did not want to care. People are not aware of the danger until it is too late and their privacy right has been violated on a larger scale. Then the joke becomes an unwanted reality, even a criminal offence. Therefore, we can become even victims of criminal offences and possibly suspected perpetrators.
