Sažetak
Some antidepressants, particularly clomipramine, are used to relieve chronic pain syndromes of both malignant and nonmalignannt origins. The mechanism by which antidepressants exert analgesic action is still unclear. The aim of the present work was to study the analgesic action of clomipramine on mice under acute conditions and to investigate potential involvement of dopaminergic system in this action.
