Sažetak
In this master thesis, an introduction is made with the subject of institutions, explaining the core definition of institutions their role in today's society, separation of formal and informal institutions, and the fields of study. After defining institutions next is game theory and its role in allocation, through prisoner dilemma games, chicken games and assurance games. Flowed by defining and analysing allocation and the object of allocation, namely being goods, and the mechanisms that are used in allocating the goods. The last chapter public sector gives a structural form of the term public sector and analyses its parts, followed by an analysis of the allocation mechanism who shape the public sector institutions.
