Sažetak
Local food systems imply short food supply chains that bypass middlemen and develop cooperation and relationships between producers and consumers based on trust and respect. This also encourages economic involvement on the part of small local producers who were marginalized by the development of the global market and large corporations. This research takes particular interest in the development of local organic food systems in Croatia. It is based on the qualitative research conducted in the period of 2017-2019.
