Sažetak
Improving the control measurement modes is vital to speed up the process and minimize errors in the transformer manufacturing industry. This paper examines the types of sensors suitable for installation in transformer production – namely sensors for distance, length, or height, and describes optimal types for various control points in power transformer production. The results suggest that a few sensor technologies should be considered, including optical laser sensor technology, time-of-flight sensor technology, and ultrasonic sensors. These findings add to our understanding of the trade-off between achieving as high precision as possible and the unique requirements and constraints in power transformer production.
