Sažetak
The scattering properties of infinite grids of conducting strips above or inside multilayer planar and cylindrical structures are studied by the spectral domain approach. The rejection coefficient is calculated using the rigorous Floquet mode approach and compared with the approximate solution given by the asymptotic strip boundary condition (ASBC). The exact solution approaches asymptotically the approximate solution and the region of validity of the ASBC is found. Results obtained for the cylindrical case are compared to measured data.
