Sažetak
Two bedding cotton wevenit fabrics were investigated. The JOGI knitted fabric was made out of rotor yarn, produced by the Gorenjska predilnica spinning mill. The JOBI knitted fabric was made out of imported worsted ring spun cotton yarn. Performance properties of both fabrics were investigated. testing mathods were selected corresponding to the stresses that occur during the use and care of bedding. Tensile properties, abrasion resistance, bursting strength before and after abrasion, dimensional stability after washing and elastic propertiesof the two fabrics were assessed and compared. The production process was monitored in order to eliminate the irregularities and improve the quality of the products.
