Sažetak
A survey of recent advances in the theory of representing topological spaces as limits of inverse systems of polyhedra is provided. The described theory does not give an essentially new category but it gives a method for studying the category of topologically complete spaces and continuous mappings by studying their approximate polyhedral resolutions and approximate mappings.
