Sažetak
Quality of logistics service is a complex concept whose definition requires conducting research on the attitudes and meaning of the concept of quality. For the analysis of the quality of the logistics service, indicators can be used which, in addition to the analysis of quality, can also be used as criteria for the selection of logistics service providers as well as for the analysis of potential areas for improvement. Accordingly, in this paper primary research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the quality of logistics services, i.e. defining indicators and the importance of indicators that can be used to analyze the quality of logistics services. The research pointed out that one of the most important indicators is the reliability of the logistics service, which is complex in itself and consists of several components that are interconnected. In addition to reliability, it was identified that the accuracy of delivery, ie the cost of delivery is also a particularly important indicator that indicates the attitude of respondents towards the perception of the quality of logistics services.
