Sažetak
Nacionalno izvješće vezano je uz projekt JUST-JCOO-AG-2017, Regulation B Ia: a standard for free circulation of judgments and mutual trust in the EU (JUDGTRUST) (2018-2020) (nositelj projekta T.M.C. Asser Institut, u suradnji sa Universtität Hamburg, University of Antwerp i International Juridisch Institut) u kojem je autorica sudjelovala kao nacionalni ekspert. Izvješće uključuje rezultate analize javno dostupnih odluka hrvatskih sudova iz područja primjene Uredbe Brisel Ia, u razdoblju od početka primjene do danas.
