Sažetak
The paper presents impact of information technologies (IT), information systems (IS) on elements of organisational culture. Since there is no unanimous opinion about what are the elements of organisational culture, authors decided to analyse impact of IT/IS, in the first place on organisation values, organisation climate and manager style. There is also a short presentation of the impact on other elements.
